Welcome to the Learning Kid link-up. Before we get started, I’d like to tell you about an Instagram photo challenge in the month of November. A group of homeschooling mom bloggers decided to embark on this fun challenge and if you’re a homeschooling mom we’d love for you to join us. You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as you’re able and get as creative as you’d like. Feel free to share with other homeschooling moms, the more the merrier :).
So why have I decided to participate in this challenge? Many reasons. First, because it sounds like a lot of fun. But more importantly, I want to get to know my readers a little better and I want to share with you a glimpse into our real life homeschooling world. Behind a keyboard it’s easy to make things look all pretty and perfect but real life is never so picture perfect.
I’ll post more about this before November, but now let’s get the party started!
The Learning Kid link-up is a homeschooling party for learning activities, kids crafts or anything that has to do with learning and kids. The party begins every Thursday at 7am EST.
For a fun way for kids to work on their estimation skills, check out this Gumball Estimation Activity with free printables from Math Geek Mama.
