Number Bonds to 4 Free Math Worksheets

In this weeks free math worksheets, children will learn the number bonds to 4, how to write the number 4 in words, and other math skills involving the number 4.

These free number bond worksheets are for students learning Kindergarten or Grade 1 level math.  They were designed for those even at a younger age than children typically at that level to be able to do, as my goal was to get maximum learning with minimal writing.

Black and white printable number 4 kindergarten worksheets. In the worksheet shown, the shape of the number 4 in digits and the letters of the number word four is formed with pencils. It's meant for kids to color. There are 4 blank spots for kids to find and glue the correct letters that spell four. There are 5 spots for preschoolers to practice tracing the number 4. And kids will be asked the numbers that come before and after 4.

Number Bonds of 4 Worksheet

A black and white printable number 4 worksheet for preschoolers. There are images of 6 dice and kids need to color the die showing 4. There are also 5 hands, each showing a different amount of fingers. Children will be asked to color the hand that shows 4 fingers. There's a visual aid showing the number pairs that make 4. Then children will practice verbally the answers to addition questions that equal 4.

Decomposing 4 Coloring Worksheet

Black and white printable decomposing 4 coloring math worksheet for young learners. The page has 3 groups of 4 squares. Each group has 2 squares high and 2 squares wide. Kids are directed to color the squares specific colors. After coloring they will write addition sentences by filling in the blanks with how many blocks of a color plus the amount of blocks in another color equals the number of total blocks.

Domino Number Bonds to 4 Coloring Worksheet

A printable black and white number 4 coloring worksheet. There are 8 dominoes with dots that total up to 4. Kids are asked to color the dominoes different colors depending on their total. Kids are then shown what 4 looks like in a 10 frame and are asked to color the circles their favorite colors. There's an image of a number 4 in a stain glass window look. Kids are to color it green if 4 is even and black if 4 is odd. There's also 2 spots for kids to trace the number word four.
