Troubleshooting Tips
Having Trouble Seeing the Download Form?
If you’re having trouble seeing the download form on this page, try the steps below.
In some cases, school networks, work computers, or strict firewall settings can block embedded email forms like the one used to access this printable.
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Refresh the page or scroll slowly to give the form time to load
- Temporarily disable ad blockers or privacy extensions, then reload the page
- Open the page in a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- If you’re using a school or work device, try accessing the page from a personal device or home network
- Make sure your browser is fully up to date
If the form still doesn’t appear, it’s likely being blocked by your network’s security settings.
If that happens, you’re welcome to contact me at [email protected], and I’ll help you get access to the printable.
Printable Didn’t Open?
If you entered your email but the printable didn’t open right away, your browser may have blocked a pop-up. Try entering your email again and watch for a pop-up notification at the top of your browser. Selecting “Allow” usually fixes the issue immediately.
Don’t See the Printable in Your Email?
If you don’t see the email with the printable, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. It usually arrives within a few minutes. If needed, you can also try using a different browser or device.
