@Mary, Hi Mary, scroll down to the header "Printable Friendship Bookmarks" and use either of the 2 forms. You just need to enter your email address and click on the button "subscribe". Then the PDF will open automatically. From there you can press "download" to download it to your computer, or "print" if you want to print it directly. It will also be sent to your email.
