Troubleshooting Tips

Can’t See the Download Form?

If the download form isn’t showing up on this page, don’t worry, it’s usually an easy fix.

Sometimes school networks, workplace computers, or strict security settings block embedded email forms like the one used to access this printable.

You can try the following:

  • Refresh the page and give it a few seconds to fully load
  • Slowly scroll up and down to trigger the form to appear
  • Turn off any ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily, then reload the page
  • Open the page in a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
  • If you’re on a school or work device, try switching to a personal device or home Wi-Fi
  • Check that your browser is updated to the latest version

If the form still doesn’t appear, it’s likely being filtered by your network’s firewall settings.

If that happens, feel free to email me at [email protected], and I’ll make sure you get access.

Entered Your Email but the Printable Didn’t Open?

In some cases, your browser may block the download pop-up.

Try submitting your email again and watch for a small notification near the top of your browser asking you to allow pop-ups. Clicking “Allow” usually resolves the issue right away.

Didn’t Receive the Email?

If you don’t see the email with your printable:

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
  • Wait a few minutes — it can take a short time to arrive
  • Try submitting the form again using a different browser or device
